These shoes we picked up at buffalo exchange for cheap $$$.
They had a thin thounge. With a little research and help from a friend (vinny) i got the job done.
First step: cut the threads that goes across the tounge. Also the nike tag.
Repeat the step in the back.
WIth the knife cut a slit as shown in the picture. Then add poly fill which could be picked up at walmart for 3 bucks and stuff it till it feels right. I tried it on to see what I feel most comfortable with.
Then with a needle and thread stich the hole back together.
Then restich the nike tag back on the shoe.(as clean as possible)
and....WALA! ITS STUFFED!FINAL PICTURE!!!!
